Last updated: October 31, 2026
This privacy policy describes how Robinle (robinle.com) collects, uses, retains and protects your personal information, in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA).
1. Who is responsible for your data

4. Who we share it with
Your information is only shared with the service providers strictly needed to run our store: site hosting and e-commerce platform (Shopify), carriers and the U.S. warehouses that ship your chair, payment providers, email tools, and advertising and analytics partners such as Google. We never sell your personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising", under some state laws: you can opt out at any time with the "Your privacy choices" link on our site or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor.
5. How long we keep it
Your information is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: the duration of our business relationship and warranty, then archived for the periods required by law (in particular for accounting records). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email support@robinle.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity with information we already hold and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a decision by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal". Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies needed for it to work, as well as audience measurement and personalization cookies. You can accept, refuse or adjust non-essential cookies at any time through the consent banner and your browser settings.
